Don't need a crew, but this is a little message to any of you -blam!-ers that do this...

If the leader gets 55% and everyone else gets 15% it comes out even in the end because everyone but the leader gets money for all the setups

That's only for things like prison break and then the leader still gets more if you factor the first time completion bonus

You also have to take in the fact they had to pay money to start also
