Yes, only for the pure rng weapons though (no vex/crux). Perhaps they could allow you to purchase the exotic bounties, but still make you complete them.

I would literally pay $15 right now for the VEX, because I'm now up to about 30 hard atheon kills and I still don't have it, I've Ben doing VOG hard since last year and still don't have the fcking thing, it pissed me off because I'm never gonna be able to experience using the VEX to it's FULL potential because it's been NERFED to shit apparently, also pissed because whenever I finally get it, it would have lost most of its prestige by then
