I got mine from the exotic chest in VOG. But that was before it was giving out 331 weapons. Now I dunno if I should just buy it and use the coins or just upgrade it.

yeah that's always a tough call. Depends how much glimmer / coins you have

I think I'm just gonna upgrade it, and use the coins on heavy ammo haha.
