I was in Crota's raid and still have the heavy ammo synth issue of not giving me the ammo but starting the cooldown timer. I believe I was at Crota, and yes I do have about 140+ synth's on each of the 3 characters. Its only happened this one time since the patch, but thought I would make you aware that it is still out there, apparently.
