How to fix white nail/hive disruptor problem....
If your shot deals crit damage, have hive disruptor proc for crit damage. There will be 3 precision hits in there somewhere and that'll activate precision mag bonus.
Yea or nay?

Black hammer is already the strongest sniper rifle, it didn't even need hive disruptor at all.

The user wouldn't need to get 3 precision shots, instead they just need 2precision shots + 1hive disrupter activation. Your solution doesn't fix the problem, it just flips it to the other extreme. Instead, hive disrupter damage shouldn't be taken into account for white nail at all.
