So I'm Going In For Jaw Surgery Tomorrow

Tomorrow morning I'm going in for a jaw surgery. I currently have braces, but I am an odd case, and although they'll make my teeth nice and straight, they won't align properly due to my jaw alignment being silly.
I'm a tad bit nervous, but I'm sure I'll get through it.

[i][b]Update:[/b][/i] I'm into week 4 of recovery. I'm no longer in any pain, and my teeth align almost perfectly now. I currently only have 4 elastics holding my jaws together, and I can take those off 4 times a day for about an hour to eat soft food, rather than liquid stuff through a syringe, but chewing isn't allowed.
I'd say things are going great.
