Lol and who cares what Disney says. What is it that makes a fandom a fandom? The fans not some company who bought the rights to a movie/book title. Without the fans there is no fandom, and when Disney made its "announcement" there was a great voice from the fans that announced that we would ignore their "announcement" and continue with the canon untouched.
