I mean the legendary drop out of a rare.. But it's still not the greatest weapon.

It's not. But you have to admit that is one hell of a drop for a blue. I got mine for reaching R3 with Dead Orbit=badass

Oh it's that gun. Yeah but it only took me 5 hours to get rank 3 its a really nice gun but it's a lil easy to get

I'm glad you like it. It's definitely underrated. I like to think of it as a cross between a sniper and a hand cannon. If it had a precision scope? We'd be talking a sweet exotic. Call it "The Outlier"
