Actually No. Evidence he is with the house of kings 1. The colors he wears (gold) pertain to the kings 2. The symbol on his cape is clearly from the kings 3. The area where you fight him is littered with king banners, we can assume the house of winter wanted to show respect by putting up banners from his house 4. Th grimore doesn't say he's from the wolves It says "He was captured when the queen waged her war against the wolves" As in he was caught during that time frame.

    Your 4th point doesn't help your argument at all, just hinders it. There would be no reason to even mention the Queen going to war with the House of Wolves with his capture if they weren't related. Edit: Just read his grimoire and it directly states he was captured by the Queen while at war with the HoW. If this isn't a great indicator, I don't know what is.
