I was under the impression it only 1 shots on hard with Glass Half Full active.

That might be why I've never seen it one shot in hard. Out of habit im always reloading

For me it only one shots on hard if you reactivly reload it when you only have 2 rounds in reserve. So example. You have 5 in the clip and 2 in reserve. 7 total. If you get a kill on the last round of 5 then reload it you will get the glass half full perk and reactive reload to stack. At this point it can one shot the hard oracles. SGA When you get a kill with any gun using reactive road WAIT to reload because you do not lose the ability until you actually reload the gun. I do this all the time I get a kill and hold on to my bonus till the very end.
