The charge rate is abysmal. It's rare and isn't the best FR in PvE or PvP. I occasionally get killed by it in PvP, but I woulnt even put it as top 5.
I was very hyped for the weapon until I got one and maxed it. It was outclassed by my Light/Beware in every way except oracles. Sharded it.

The recoils perk actually make it very decent for fusion with this kind of range and impact. if I had to pick though this was def made more for pvp.

It might be better now, after the update, but Light/Beware, Light of the Abyss, and Plan C were almost infinitely better pre patch. More than able to one shot people at medium range, and twice the charge rate of the foil.
