Does anyone else match their shader to the map?
I'm not sure if it is actually helpful, but I try to blend in with the map, such as using the copper (crota) shader on vex levels, Thunderdevil on dark levels, red on mars, etc.
Does anyone else do this? Does it really help?

I suppose it might make you a little harder to spot if the enemy isn't concentrating or tired, but it is not going to revolutionise your PvP experience.
