Mainly because it's one of the more rare VoG weapons... there just aren't many people that have it. Same goes for the VoG pulse rifle.

Takes them out with one shot, on hard. Can be two shots sometimes depending on how quickly you shoot them from when they first spawn, but generally one and done.

Sorry, was talking about the foil there. It's ok on oracles, but there are better weapons for that (foil for one). Timepiece once you level it up is fantastic imo, I run mine with Perfect Balance and it's like a laser beam. On my hunter now.
