Necrochasm
Decided to pull out my Necrochasm from the vault for the nightfall. Finally a chance for it to be effective for once? Nope. Oversoul Edict did almost 2x the damage per clip.
Even with arc modifier, Necrochasm is the worst exotic in game. Even universal remote and NLB are better than this gun. Those guns are more situational but can be used effectively. Necrochasm on the other hand has no situation in this game where it is good. Even tried it on thrall maze. Icebreaker owns it in terms of aoe dmg.
THIS GUN IS THE HARDEST GUN TO GET
Why is it so damn shitty? Lol. I would have sharded it if it wasnt a pain to get.
Personally i think they made thw VoG weapons too strong and theyre backtracking on the new raid weapons.
Either way, Necrochasm is an embarassment to whoever designed and released this gun. I feel bad for anyone excited to get the Crux.
Heres to hoping HoW has an exotic gun that isnt pathetically bad.

3 RepliesIt's made to be pretty and look like other doc guns. Lol the change is gun stats did not help either. There is dozen of threads on the poor performance of this gun. I keep saying don't change the damage stats just add all the raid perks to the gun that current ones have like 3 head shot bonus ammo, hive disruptor, wizzard stunner etc. the gun will still not take down anything but will be a tool in the raid to help.
