Meh had one since week 2, and since then I think I've seen 5-6 additional.
The Monte Carlo on the other hand, never seen one, and before I started rerolling characters for extra raids I was at 960ish hours.
I'm probably at like 1500 or something, never seeing a Monte Carlo.
