He's always using last round. Anyone can do that with vendor weapons too.

Vendor snipers do not do as much impact so it doesn't guarantee an instakill with final round

Edited by OnThaLoose: 3/11/2015 5:30:31 PMLDR has the impact of ice breaker and final round increases the damage like 33%. I have this weapon and it does instakill. Also, I don't own the longbow synthesis, but it appears to have the same impact as ldr.

I once had a green gozen c with final round, it was actually pretty similar to efrideet's

Precisely. I have an ldr with final round and AP rounds that does the same thing as the spear in this video.

The vendor snipers do not have final round.

The can drop in engrams, nightfall, level up packages for all vendors. Yes they can have final round.
