He was kicked because of his inability to complete raids, he goes AFK whenever he pleases. Raids were taking up to 1-2hrs longer, we all have familys to look after and a 20-40 minite raid shouldn't turn into a 3 hour affair because sessa decides to leave whenever he wants or completely disregard peoples advice, resulting in wipe after wipe. Sorry like but it was unacceptable, and we tried to avoid such instances in a polite manner beforehand purely by not inviting him. We didn't want to alienate the guy by ignoring him/muting him midgame, we didn't want to embarrass him so we thought that was the better way to go about it. He has other people he plays with. He joined our fireteam while in orbit, we were in party chat at the time. We decided, although harsh, we would just kick him. You can't blame us, the guys a nightmare to play with. Alot of people will back me on this. Sorry its resulted in such an instance. But enough was enough. We like to play together and have a laugh while doing it. It resulted in nothing but stress. He needs to listen to people. I'll take full responsibility, kick me from the clan if needed but I have to say this. Edit: I also remember that PSN malarkey, a guy gets kicked for no reason, and people backed the kicker. This, is no different.
