I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!
Edit 3 - You gotta admit, 'Floof' is a very funny word
Edit 4 - ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Edit 5 - Uhm, is this thread going out of control?
Edit 6 - So, claims of Hunters hopping around like bunnies are pretty funny.
Edit 7 - So many replies!! Thanks.
Edit 8 - So Warlocks floof and Hunters bunny hop....
Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

I honestly enjoy both styles. Hunters with their sneaky invisibility, go revive my crazy Titan team mates. Warlocks, with obsidian juju so I can blow up all the little people.

guess there are more then one minds of me...

As a Titan...
I just like to fist everything...
I personally just don't like the Warlock play style

Warlocks=master race

I had no ideas there were beef. We should be saving the universe together!!! FAMILY!!

In the lore its kinda like jocks and nerds... Kinda. Warlocks consider hunters rash and impulsive (and kinda dumb). There's a grimoire about a warlock telling a hunter how impossible it would be for her to kill an ahamkara and the hunter instantly takes it as a challenge, the warlock thinks he's killed her because of it. Hunters don't necessarily think 'less' of warlocks, just that the hunter's "get out there and -blam!-ing do it" attitude is very different from the "academia" approach that warlocks have. That and there's a hunter armor piece that tells the story of a hunter who refused to shake any warlocks hand cause the fear of being vaporized. In-game wise. Werliks r stoopit huntrs r kull godda goo fest.

Warlock master race Titans sit back and watch because they know they're the best. But Titans are too humble for petty arguments. Warlocks have to prove space magic is useful in any situation. But we've proved that profusely, haven't we? Warlocks and Titans are friends because our personalities and abilities complement each other. And Titans aren't a-holes like Hunters.
-
Warlocks are better and hunters dont believe that. Thats what causes tension between em
-
Warlocks wear dresses, hunters wear hoodies.

Hunters are literally handed kills in the crucible. One super you can just mash a button and get kills. The other you just point and shoot. Also the hunter jump is so weak.

WHY ARE THERE NO EXOTIC BOOTS FOR WARLOCKS?
they're always carried...

HA GOT EEEEMMMM
-
Edited by JHarv: 4/24/2015 4:34:05 PMHunters are offensive, Warlocks are defensive. Hunters run agility, move around the map, flank, use speed and slides to pick off unsuspecting enemies. Warlocks are all about jumping and floating backwards, leaning around a corner with a super then running away, tossing AOE grenades from a safe distance. In other words, Hunters attack, Warlocks are pussies.

Hunters run in to fights and completely ignore the perfectly good plan that the nice warlock spent THREE FUÇKING HOURS MAKING JUST FOR THE BLOODY ENTRANCE HALL. THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS AT LEAST TRY AND FOLLOW IT FOR FIVE MINUTES. At least that's what I think. Definitely not upset in any way.

I have all 3 classes. No hate towards any specific class or subclass. I have subclasses I'm not partial to as I prefer specific subclasses for each class. But each subclass has its purpose for particular situations and raids.

the hunters helped bungie cut the game up and sell it as dlc

Blink

Edited by K9Dogpile: 4/28/2015 10:21:56 PMHonestly probably goes back to Pre-DLC Vault days where every one wanted Warlock raiding parties and being a Hunter meant you were going to get "carried" because Bungie decided not to bless us with a DoT Grenade/Super. Rather than being kicked for having a bad weapon set up or low level, you got kicked for being a Hunter. Most of the time (my experience) it was Warlocks demanding Hunters get kicked or left out, they wanted other Warlocks so it was easier to cheese. Titans, as usual, didn't really give 2 f*cks. PvP stuff probably didn't help either but this is my first guess.
Plus Warlocks are just a**holes :p And Hunters blink better anyways.
