I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!
Edit 3 - You gotta admit, 'Floof' is a very funny word
Edit 4 - ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Edit 5 - Uhm, is this thread going out of control?
Edit 6 - So, claims of Hunters hopping around like bunnies are pretty funny.
Edit 7 - So many replies!! Thanks.
Edit 8 - So Warlocks floof and Hunters bunny hop....
Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

Because Titans add no competition to the "Master Class" argument. Baaaaaaaaaam
-
Titans only chill back because they're just basics.
-
Its not very complicated. Warlocks are thieves. They stole our jump, and angel of light perk. To be fair, Lucas would have sued bungie for making all hunters into Boba Fett.
-
Keep fighting warlocks and hunters. My fav is a titan
-
Only time I've had to get into an argument with a warlock is when he stars talking shit about hunters.

Pretty much can be traced to which class requires the most "skill" to use. I think all classes have pros and cons which make them easier and harder to use. Hunter invisibility and supers give them easy kills and team revives. But they are more agility focused making it you have to focus all of your talents into getting a Titan armor stat or warlock recovery stat. Warlock's are good at orb generation and their melee is a very good utility weapon. Self Rez can be useful in situations such as preventing wipe but more often then not I see warlocks reviving for selfish reasons like dying in a easily revivable location. They have good recovery and like the Hunter, will need to focus on their talents to have strong armor or recovery. Titans are excellent team players such as the bubble. Their striker class is very good on any enemy but they can receive much hate for their abilities. Their abilities are very close ranged making their attacks seem panicky but any titan here knows that a shoulder charge is easier said than done.( I don't mean to sound biased but I main a Titan)

Well a Warlock did pretty much just send a Hunter to their death at one point, so that could have started it. Or when the Hunters decided not to stay and defend the city at Twilight Gap.

Edited by ZOMBIE JUDO: 3/10/2015 10:31:13 PMIn the beginning I used all three. By lvl27 I was playing mostly my hunter. (These days I enjoy my titam the most) As my fondness for my hunter is declining, I think I know why the hunter vs warlock rivalry. (From a hunters POV) First is the jumping: Hunters rely on accuracy, this also means jumps. A true hunter jumps ten time more than any one else. So seeing so much air time in one warlock jump make us a little jealous, but its way too slow. Thus floofing about. It seems kinda silly. Then theres blink. It the same. But it does feel like magic. I was hesitant with using it, it felt like a gimmick. I think there is more jealousy from warlock about hunters having this ability. Second is grenades: Hunter grenades blow, while warlocks have the best. But a hunter doesnt rely too much on grenades. So we looked down on warlocks because we don't care about area of effect skills. Were about presision. (A pride thing) Melee: Throwing knife= presission Blink strike. It seems like magic so warlocks are jealous. Energy drain/scortch= large area/ one target. Like a short range shotgun at all times. Plus over shield on hit. Having to stick your knife in a couple times can get a hunter killed. (Once agine it seems lick a gimmick, so hunter pride) Supers. Hunters GG. In pvp requires presission. And sometimes is a two shot for a kill. In pve its almost worthless. Blade dance. In pvp it has the potential to be the best. I personally don't find them to be a problem handling. And more than three kills doesnt happen that often. (A common misconception, just like nova bombs) In pve blade dance is a huge risk on higher levels, and really isn't ment for one target. Warlock nova bomb= area of effect. Good in both pvp and pve. Radiance. Spam grenades, and self rez. (Seems like a gimmick) Not know to many hunter outsiders, but within the hunter class are two separate mentalities. On for gunslingers and one for the blade dancer. Im a gunslinger. Chain of woe and gunlingers spirit. To me even blade dancers seem a little gimmicky. Just curious, but do warlocks have a bigger problem with gunslingers or blade dancers?

Hunters don't call, even though we tell warlocks they're special to us in the morning.

Everyone who argues about hunters and warlocks is stupid. If you join my raid, I care more if you have a sense of humor than what character you are.

Competition for second place behind the Titans :D

I like cupcakes

Titans sit back and watch because it's fun watching losers fight over second place
-
There was a war?
-
Idk I have a warlock and hunter xD
-
I have no problems with the two classes. There both good a different things
-
Or... It's a video game and a fictional class should have no affect on how someone should be looked on as a person. Anyone who says master race is an idiot because all classes are useful in different situations. With that being said #huntermasterrace
i have a level 32 of each class my opinion is more valid than yours
Hunters suck warlocks rule and hunters can't handle it
-
Always a Warlock sitting on that -blam!-ing super just in case he dies. I only -blam!-s with Void Masters.

Find out in 2016

I think it's because the original hunters were like renegade warlocks who decided to examine and explore the golden age than just studying it. Then when the hunters were trying to survive in the wild alone, they began to master solar power and where able to infuse it in guns, study enemies, and discover new things. When they returned to the tower, they where like heroes, making warlocks somewhat jealous. But in time the warlocks began to appreciate the hunters due to them gathering objects and substances for study. But the friendly rivalry continued both competing comically, due to hunters always trying to 1+ everyone, and warlocks thinking everyone was below them in knowledge, but it was only friendly competition. Until the 10-12 year olds, and the elitist arrived. Now most squeaking warlocks and hunters are bashing each other in a serious fight. While the other veteran players only work together, and occasionally have competitions. And the titans? Well the titans are either sipping a coke, planing strikes, or ( most likely ) punching stuff. Moral of the story:
it really does not matter
The hunters and warlocks fight it out over who is best the Titans know the only role they ever fill is to support the team leaders which happen to be hunters or warlocks. Hunters have the gun and run abilities while the warlock has the powerhouse magic to propel them thru the game. Both are natural leaders and don't work well with others. Also warlocks are pissed Cuz the female hunters are sexy as hell but hate warlocks Cuz they wear a dress

Psh. 'Jealous nerds...' Hunters are extremely jealous of our frabjous robes. Their capes are fruitless attempts to match the glory of our elegant robes.
