Also I love how destiny already has house of Wolves in the fame but won't release it at least gta gives you the content when it is in the game

I love it when stupid people think It's already On the disk just waiting To go and don't understand that it's still being developed and It takes more than just an Area to make a mission, I also love That everything in gta is ridiculously overpriced So that unless you buy a cash pack, you won't be doing what You actually want to do in gta unless you have the cash to do it, which takes weeks If not months to Get!!!
-
like a gun in destiny...takes forever to get a good one
-
Hmm I get your point but your sooo wrong. I've got every car, plane, helicopter, tank and apartment I need and want and I didn't buy a single shark card... you can make 500K in one weekend if not more easy. you just need a good team and tackle the co-op mission in hard mode to get that cash and rp bonus. Also remember to sell a car from time to time (sell ballards and sentinals to get 9k each time) bet cash on races you know you can win (same goes for death matches and jumps).

Edited by lMGPl_Mister_K: 3/10/2015 3:37:29 PMThe biggest thing for me is all people like to do in free mode Is shoot each other, no one is friendly, no one want to do impromptu races, and vehicles Have a lack of Realism, and as I had said, everything is ridiculously overpriced compared To single player, it looks a lot Like rock stars goal here is to make money off of Shark cards, otherwise why would a lambo that's 150k on single player be like 400k on online, also they took out stocks and made certain cars not storable, this is gta every car should be storable and mod able should it not, the stocks would have been a way to earn big Bucks fast and that's Probably why they room it out, also let me ask you a question, if rock stars main goal was not to make cash off Shark cards, why do they care so much when people do Money glitches or mod money and go so far as To ban them?
-
Yeah..ok..you did money glitches just like I did to buy everything. Unless you spend 4-5 hours every night grinding missions and races there is no way you accumulated enough cash to purchase everything. Considering the fun planes are over a million. The Adder is a million, most of the high end cars are over $500k. The Buzzard alone is over 2 million. You didn't grind missions and races, you glitched, like me and nearly everyone else who has everything.
-
Exactly, it's ridiculously hard to get things done in gta online doing normal missions

Just because you glitched, hacked or whatever you did, doesn't mean others did the same. And I'm not sure what you call glitching but My money was earned through missions, car sales and betting and picking up cash from the noobs I kill :). Again you can easily make 500K in a weekend without grinding... I make 150K in the evening without even trying... either you haven't played the game in a long time or you just never got over glitching... I know a lot of people like you that once they glitched they stoped playing the game because it was to difficult for them to make legit money...
-
Maybe I misread what you said then. You said, "'ve got every car, plane, helicopter, tank and apartment I need". Which means you didn't buy everything in the game, just what you could afford. I misread you. Sure, its possible to acquire a few things. I thought you did as I did, I have purchased everything that can possibly be bought in the game. I have spent over $188 million to do so. Sorry if I misread your comment. The only reason I stopped playing the game is because Destiny came out. If Destiny hadn't been as good as it is for me, I would still be playing GTA Online EVERY day.
-
Ain't that the truth, this guy knows What he's talking about, once You have gotten everything in gta online there's no reason to play, all people do Is kill each other anyway, and my only protection, the tank, has Been severely nerfed to a point where It's unusable
-
No problem Bro. and your right I dont have every car, plane ect in the game. Id have to be Donald trump LOL. But I got everything I want ( for now lol). 188 million Damn!!!!!! I've got 18 Mil and I thought I was a bid dyck player (swinging past your knees. LOL). But I'm hoping to catch you up with the coming heists.... Someone told me you can make up to 10 milions in one off bonuses. BOOM
-
10 million!!!
-
10 million in bonuses?! Damn!!! I am gonna be doing the heists for sure then!
-
Yeah but you cant die and you have to do all the heist with the same team... lol I should have mentioned that first maybe :)
-
Ah..well ok then, good to know! Thanks!
-
Exactly, it's ridiculously hard to get things done in gta online doing normal missions

Um if it is not finished don't put it on the -blam!-ing disk and at least gta had a story line also gta and Destiny are both grinding games grinding missions to get stuff in gta is just like grinding shit in destiny to get stuff so -blam!- off
-
They actually put it on the disk as more of a placeholder. It is basically just a barren wasteland until dlc hits.
-
But in destiny at least they are admitting to making you pay for dlc instead of making a scam out of it like rockstar so clearly is, and you clearly know nothing about the struggles of developing a game please go do some more research before you call unfinished game, at least destiny didn't start off With a buggy ass release that deleted Your characters and made it nearly impossible to play, who had the unfinished game here?, gta a story?, what a bunch of Gangsters rob banks an get rich, my god that's so unique and original it's only been The plot of hundreds of games and movies before gta

Edited by Spiku: 3/10/2015 2:06:35 PMOk dude I was willing to give you the benefit of doubt that you actually know what your talking about as a fellow gamer. You sure showed me how wrong I was. So either your a troll (and I hope so for your sake) or your a gaming moron (that means your an idiot who doesn't understand how games work and has little experience playing them) that's never finished the game. Do you know what Satire mean? do you understand what a social critique is? Only an absolute idiot would take GTA story at face value (like the majority of the moron media). GTA has from the very beginning (GTA 1 in 2D) has been satire of our modern day culture!!! Its a critic of our modern day American dream. The story reflects this if you take the time to actually listen and watch the cut scenes, player dialogue and radio channels. Now if you don't like it fair enough, that your opinion but comparing it to destiny's turd of an excuse for a story is simply moronic. (one game has a story even if you don't like it and the other has nothing) Now to talk about release: The game launched without any problems!!! however the online was buggy as hell. But your where still able to play the single player mode without any problem. It took Rockstar about a month to fix the online so that it actually worked properly. The Online was and remain totally FREE!!! There is no hidden cost, there is no pay to play, there is not DLC that installs a pay wall!!! However there are shark cards that allow you buy credit in game (this would be like Destiny allowing you to buy glimmer or materials)/. Now on the other hand you have Destiny who was buggy at launch (inexcusable for a online only game), Has no story to speak of, Charges you for every bit of content (no matter how glitchy and buggy it is), releases DLC that install pay walls and forces you to regrind your weapons, Nerfs the game to force you to play the way they want you to play (boost their own user stats) and rewards noobs and time wasters of actual gamers (RNG fiasco). Come on Noobsrtoast wake up and smell the dooty :) Keep gaming and save the FRACKING world
-
your a gaming moron (that means your an idiot
Oh the irony
-
its a possibility :)
-
Again obviously gta is satire and not meant To be taken seriously, but the story itself is supposed to be looked at on a. Serious not, except maybe Trevor, and yours is an online game to there pal you are being very one sided, not only was the online portion your game buggy as hell but at least our online game didn't delete your characters, an I love how even in all that text you fail to address The point that it takes more to finish an area than simply having the map there, I'll explain it to you from a developers standpoint and yes I am a developer so thank you for making yourself look stupid, you have to iron out Any bugs you find in said area, add proper collision code I your selected language to make sure that cutscenes or enemy spawns or mission objectives if there are any activate when they should, an this is just making sure The area loads correctly and activates objectives properly, doing just this can take days maybe even weeks for even a small area, then after that you have to try and iron out any glitches or bugs that pop up in said area, then you have to spawn enemies in that area, which is a HUUUGE task in itself, make sure that all the player interactions trigger when they should, any collectible objects Actually collect when interacted with by the player, and do one last ironing out of any bugs, this can sometimes take months especially for an online mmo game like destiny, so learn about the profession before you actually make accusations of it "already being on the disk", you keep going on and on about how "gta online is free", but i keep seeing limited time dlc that yes are free, But in fact if you wanted to grind money for some of the stuff in said dlc you wouldn't have enough time to save up for it all and would lose the opportunity, unless of course you Buy these cash packs!!!, exactly and how Many limited time dlc have there been for gta? Again, exactly, and before you bring up the exotic weapon updates in destiny, let's just keep the weapons at The same attack stats when the dlc drops So they are horribly underwhelming in the new activities makes so Much sense right, same with vendor legendaries makes so much sense, like I said learn what you are talking about before you actually talk about it
-
Edited by Spiku: 3/10/2015 4:10:19 PMHuh? Where did you see me say anything about destiny Devs??? Where did I talk about content on disk??? Stop putting words in my mouth and get to the fracking point!!! You claim to be a dev (developer). OK I'll give you the benefit of doubt. Everything you said about development in defense of Destiny is even more applicable to GTA!!! GTA is a bigger game (here we are talking map size), It is in 3rd person (more thing happening at the same time, bigger area of vue), More items and objects interacting at any one time and lets not forget a shit load of customization items. So thanks for making my point for me :). Any problem that Destiny dev cry about GTA dev have had to deal with on a greater scale. Now to your snide little comment about GTA online being FREE: yes dude no matter how you look at it GTA is FREE (that means that you don't have to pay money for it, got it?). The limited time DLC your going on about is also FREE!!! and its not really time limited as you can still buy most of it today (except St Valentine pack). But then again buddy you didn't pay for it (FREE). Now compare that to destiny you big Fanboy :). I'm going to address your issue with deleted characters...YES its true there where some Big issues at launch of the Online portion of the game (here I have to say that there is a single player mode that had no issues). It sucked monkey balls and pissed off a huge portion of the gaming community. But guess what? Rockstar apologized and fixed it! (Wow Destiny should try that sometime :). Maybe you should take off your Fanboy glasses and have an honest look at the two games. Or maybe you should just get some gaming experience stop being a total Noob (one level 32 LOLOLOLOL) and actually game before you talk crap about stuff you obviously don't understand. PS. dude don't take it too personally... :) and don't stop gaming
-
So basically your ignoring the facts I have provided you and resorting to calling me a noob, well, I can see what type of people play gta, again you say gta online is free but you refuse to address the limited time dlc, the numerous ones at that, that would have been impossible to pay for with the job payouts AT THE TIME, forcing people to either money glitch or buy a Cash pack, simple as that, You still haven't answered any of My questions the best you could come up With was "noob", great, now Go back and read my post, you called Me a moron, the other Guy was right, oh the irony
ps, I am a game developer, not a developer for bungie like You automatically assumed Upon reading the word developer, therefore I I know what kind of time it takes to make a game especially an mmo like destiny, and it's funny you call gta this complex master piece Then talk about shooting each other and robbing stores LOL
