Interesting how attitudes on drugs and alcohol are changing. On the one hand, I think people are becoming more open to the idea of recreational drug use. On the other, it seems to be less of a fixation; people can take it or leave it.
On the whole, I think this might be a healthier approach than my generation's hypocritical "say no to drugs while going on a bender every weekend" habit. Maybe reforming fraternities is part of this shift in attitudes?
