Then have the Gate Lord be manager of security, while doing experiments. Keep the PDAS (mentioned earlier as requirement) so everyone can go everywhere in 'click. Click'. Use creativity to make a better Vault of [Not Glass] than the one Atheon was made by / working on. [/spoiler]
