I have seen around 20 other people get gallys and I thought I should get one in 6 in raids but clearly bungie hate me

I carried a friend who was brand new through a nightfall only to watch him get it while got a useless legendary launcher.

I played crucibles few weeks back and bottom person was level 8 and got gally
