Well guys i just went for my daily walk, i usually do it to think and concentrate on certain things, i also have a lot on my mind so it helps. Doesn't hurt for a little exercise along with it either.
So i ask you how often do you walk and for what reason?

I go for a bike ride or just get on my board much more than I just walk, unless I have company. Nothing more relaxing and stress-relieving than going on a trail ride.
