Please explain Heart of the Praxic Fire
So, I main a hunter. I have a titan and a warlock that I've dabbled with but both low level. I intend to pursue my warlock next and as it turns out, I got Heart of the Praxic Fire from an exotic chest engram I bought yesterday.
So, no disrespect, why do people love this piece? And how can I best use it? (In 11 levels from now when my Warlock is a level 20)

I forget the names but put on these perks: radiance lasts longer, reduce incoming damage, i like the sticky grenade and flame shield, and the gain an additional grenade perk. Use your radiance and the grenades recharge super fast and radiance lasts a wjile and youre really tough to kill
