Well guys i just went for my daily walk, i usually do it to think and concentrate on certain things, i also have a lot on my mind so it helps. Doesn't hurt for a little exercise along with it either.
So i ask you how often do you walk and for what reason?

I go for a bike ride or just get on my board much more than I just walk, unless I have company. Nothing more relaxing and stress-relieving than going on a trail ride.

I haven't been for a leisurely walk in a few days now but before that I'd been having them as often as twice a day for about a month of two before, often quite late at night. I get restless, I guess.

I dont go on daily walks. I run daily instead.

I walk to the fridge.

I go on walks around town 4-5 times a week. I find it therapeutic, as you do.

I do it for fresh air and exercise.
