At my middle school, somebody took their poop out of the toilet and wrote the F word all over the stalls and walls of the bathroom. As for the girls, a special needs girl smeared her period blood all over the walls of the cafeteria bathroom.

People said he used the toilet before the urinal, he needed to wipe they added. Also; I heard stories of a couple at my high school having "fun" in the back of a bus on the ride to class. And some freshmen doing the same under the bleachers. Both got caught, the latter by the principal. [spoiler]Edited out two typos, also took out a part because it would be confusing.[/spoiler]

Probably a tie between in middle school a kid took a laxative and just painted the boys restroom. I mean literally there was apparently shit everywhere. It got on the damn ceiling somehow. And the second case was again in middle school a girl had her period in the pool. Didn't see it personally, but I just could never shake the feeling of knowing whenever we had to go swimming for PE.
