Please explain Heart of the Praxic Fire
So, I main a hunter. I have a titan and a warlock that I've dabbled with but both low level. I intend to pursue my warlock next and as it turns out, I got Heart of the Praxic Fire from an exotic chest engram I bought yesterday.
So, no disrespect, why do people love this piece? And how can I best use it? (In 11 levels from now when my Warlock is a level 20)

It's best used with radiant skin, although it's not bad with fireborn on nightfalls or hard raids either. Depending on your discipline and character build (use gift of the sun and fusion grenades for max effect) you can lay waste to mobs OR take quite a chunk of any boss's health.
