I know this might cause some argument. But please keep comments nice.
Wow… I did not know people felt so strongly about this
HoPF is more of short term effect. Only in radiance it allows you to get 1-3 more grenades.
SP is more of a long term effect. Having 2 grenades in a raid is nice and crucible. Even fusion grenade.
i don't use my super often because I am not a fan of it so I really don't need HoPF
Really it is just personal pick. I chose one side people choose other. I like to see how many people thing I am a blam
i know I don't have Viking Funeral on. It is because I was playing around last night and I haven't got on to change it.
Thank you to those people who don't call me a big blam
No I am not joking. Also, I am not on the Big Bang theory

Edited by sasukeyr: 3/9/2015 5:12:56 PMYour retarted 1. Starfire does not stack with gift. 2. Heart reduces the time of grenades not increase the time of radiance. 3. Heart has heavy. Nuff said.

A LOT of misinformation in this post. Cant stand when people spew bullshit like this.
-
Honestly, I'm pretty damn disappointed with HoPF but the perk that ignites enemies isn't even noticeable and the other is only good for crucible so star fire is nothing special. So I'm not seeing how it's better. Neither are that good honestly
-
Every true warlock knows sunbreakers are the master class item even if you are using void walker.
-
I have never seen so much misinformation in one thread.
-
Im not even going to educate you on all the ways you are wrong. Not worth my time. What a complete tool.
-
I have both maxxed, and i do enjoy using starfire when doing some stuff, like patrols, and bounties.......it is fun igniting everything you burn... But if playing seriously...anything thats in any way challenging...i prefer hopf.

Void fang vestments ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

So wrong.

Edited by Bloody Str1ker: 3/9/2015 5:43:57 PM
HoPF allows 1-3 more grenades in super. Ok then. Starfire Protocol allows 5-10 more grenades. Also. I can get touch of flame.
Starfire Protocol does not give you 5-10 more nades in radiance. That isn't true. I can throw around 10 nades or more with HOPF in radiance versus no change what so ever when wearing Starfire in radiance.
SP is more of a long term effect. Having 2 grenades in a raid is nice and crucible. No matter what grenade it is.
SP gives you Fusion grenade ONLY.
-
Edited by Rylor Threev: 3/9/2015 4:26:55 PMyou seems like a decent person so... HOPF is best, spamming grenades makes warlocks sunsinger more than just a "emergency button", starfire protocol gives you a extra fusion grenade, not a solar or axion bolt (don't remember the second grenade name), you can get that extra grenade with the last perk from the sunsinger skill tree, I know having the SP allows you to get one of the other perks but they're not so good (my opinion) but it's your opinion and no SP doesn't give a third grenade, be careful when posting that something is worst than something else, the community gets enraged fast
-
You dont get 3 nades you dumbass Hopf is 1000 times better if you offensively use radiance
-
Are people actually this stupid? I feel like this was written by a non-native english speaker, if that's the case I apologize.
-
So many things are wrong with this post. I don't even know where to begin. Please keep using Starfire Protocol. You don't deserve to praise the sun.
-
When you get your info right, come back and start a thread, OP...until then, you are spewing nonsense. An example: HoPF doesn't increase the duration of Radiance. Try figuring out what the armor actually does before levying criticism?
-
Xur has sold SP like 2-3 times
-
Just a heads up I have Starfire protocol and I am unable to stack 3 grenades just 2. Also Starfire protocol specifies fusion grenades in it's perks. I've tried doing the 3 fusion grenade stack and it doesn't allow it. But I still agree with you that it is a better chest piece over HoPF. Happy Raiding :)
-
He sold star fire protocol twice
-
Starfire was sold 3 times and it sucks ass. It gives a perk we can already have by changing our subclass ability... Literally one of the worst warlock pieces in game
-
STARFIRE PROTOCOL DOESNT STACK WITH GIFT OF THE SUN!!!
-
i don't use my super often because I am not a fan of it so I really don't need HoPF
What?! Then why play as a Sunsinger? That reason doesn't even make sense... You aren't a fan of the super so you don't use it to help others generate theirs faster? I guess I'm just confused.
-
The reason Starfire Protocol is bad is that it does not have discipline. Adding touch of flame doesn't make up for the amount of time that your grenades need to regenerate
-
You don't use HotPF for its abilities. You use it because it looks awesome. Everything else you get with it is a bonus...
-
Sorry im late, someone told me to go to hell, I couldn't find it at first, but now im here.
-
HoPF doesn't make radiance longer... Also you can't have 3 grenades with gift of the sun...
-
Gift of the sun does not stack with Starfire Protocol. The max grenades you can carry is two.
