Cross Expansion pack: consoles

What will happen if I play the game with the expansion pack on one console (Xbox 1) and I play on another console (Xbox 360) without the expansion packs? Will I lose my dark below items? Please help.

I don't believe you'll lose your items, just access to DLC activities.
