I say if some teenagers aren't too careful and it happens, they aren't fit to care for it then why force them to raise a child or at least birth a child they aren't maturely or emotionally ready for. Give them one chance is what I say, happens again well then hell hopes they learn a lesson. I'm sorry if you say that 'think of the kids rights' well it has no rights in there. Why blight it too a life with most likely a single mother, cause the father is MIA or they dump the baby at an orphanage, Orphan kids can turn out fine, but in some cases it just doesn't seem right to me to have a kid, then just abandon it. Also I find it completely fine to abort the child if under some circumstances the mother would be deceased or the mother was forcefully impregnated (-blam!-). This needs to be and stay legal for those situations, in this day and age, if you're gunna have a child, lets try and give it the best chance you can give it.
