Edited by LiamCDM: 3/8/2015 11:28:33 PMI loved everything about Fallout 3. It was the perfect game because of the hundreds of hours worth of gameplay, amazing voice acting, stunning music, gigantic maps and the list goes on.

NCR, i don't do cults, kooky cults :D
maybe i should re-play nv as a legionnaire+dlc
depends on a situation/enemy fallout 3 point lookout, haven't played nv's dlcs

I thought Fallout 3's setting was absolutely stunning. So so powerful, they got that absolutely spot on. New Vegas had a better plot and stronger DLCs IMO. Honest Hearts was probably the weakest IMO, and that was a very enjoyable DLC. Dead Money (IIRC) was probably the least favoured from what I gathered, but that took away your characters godly power and forced you to take that time-honoured Survival Horror approach: run like the clappers 😅 Both games are crackers in their own right, although for me the sheer atmosphere of 3's Capital Wasteland edges it for me.

I just want it to be the 14th of june already. I am sick of waiting to see whether Bethesda will show Fallout 4 or not. If not, then..

Both games had really good stories. One thing about New Vegas was you had more freedom to create a backstory for the Courier. You could do the same with the Lone Wanderer in Fallout 3, but you didn't have as much flexibility.

So good. Fallout had the best lore of any game ever. Look up the timeline on the wiki if you want a good read

Edited by Tu Chocolate Caliente: 3/8/2015 4:55:13 PMTo be honest i would love to visit Big MT again but after the events of Old World Blues in NV, like if after those events the place has drastically changed and there are new locations to visit as well as new technology to use. Another is that i want to go to the Commonwealth, i remember all the NPCs in F3 talking about it, the institute specifically.
