3 RepliesTo my knowledge redeem codes can only be used through the b.net website on a PC. There are a few functions such as creating a clan, making a group etc that can't be performed on the companion app. Your best bet would be to log on through a PC if you can get access to one and you'll be able to redeem it through there without a problem.
