Should Legendary engrams drop Ascendant Materials?
I feel as though the drop-rate of Ascendant Materials from legendary engrams is FAR too high.

2 Replies9 times out of 10 I dismantle it anyway. But it's always good when you get that one legendary with an epic perk roll.
