Atheon seems to be. I've never not gotten at least 1 a week off of him.

I have done atheon 3 times a week since the beginning of the game and that's so not true

RNG dude. Different for me than it is for you. I had 3 Mythoclasts within 10 runs, my friend needed 20-25 to get his first. Just the way it goes.
