I believe that people who bought it worked harder.
1. You May Have Gotten For Just Doing A Nightfall Easy RNG Drop
2. They Earned Their Coins Which Allow Them To Buy It
3. Getting Strange Coins Is Harder Than Just Sitting And Waiting For A Random Drop

Actually the nightfall is harder than the weekly. You earn items from nightfalls and raids AND from Xur. When you do a raid/nightfall you are guaranteed a reward. The reward could be a few things, but whatever it is, it is earned.

Yeah at this point it is all routine. But generally the nightfall is a smidgen harder

I had it twice and got rid of them, never thought i would make a titan again. So im glad he sold it.
