because if you do the math..he should of sold it at least 1-2 more times after the first week. If Xur is completely RNG and "out of their control" it would have shown up by now

You obviously don't understand RNG. Imagine rolling a pair of dice 12 times; there's a chance that you'll roll all 12 possible outcomes, but there is just as much a chance that you'll roll snake eyes 12 times. True RNG doesn't keep a tally of what has rolled. Its random and fresh every single roll...

Does nobody on this forum understand the word "random"? Also, in the past 3 weeks he's brought 2-3 items he's never had before. Doesn't that go against the whole basis of your argument?

Edited by EmeraldSwords: 3/6/2015 10:22:27 PMNo, because he sold no land beyond for two weeks running. Last month. That can't just be sheer coincidence.

You've never flipped tails twice in a row?

Edited by EmeraldSwords: 3/6/2015 10:26:53 PMWhen a game has over 20+ exotic items, no. That argument would be valid if we only had a couple of exotics to get.

Their argument is valid no matter how many outcomes are possible. Random is random, not balanced.

It has a 5% chance of rolling every weapon each week, assuming they are all weighted equally. The previous week's weapon has ZERO bearing on the current week's inventory. Learn 2 math

You look at the amount of times it's dropped. You have to be blind as a bat to think Bungie has no control over it. Anyways, since you like to throw out insults, I'm out of here.

Insults? Wow, you must have paper thin skin bruddah
