I'm a dummy (don't be a dummy too)
So, I've seen players with different color flame trails on their sparrows (they were faster and looked cooler than my legendary tumbler) so I purchased the upgrade from Xur for 23 coins. Turns out I can't use that on my legendary sparrow. I could have bought heavy ammo. Idiot!

Just buy a rare sparrow from vanguard/crucible for 175 marks

Those upgrades are used to turn Rare (blue) sparrows into legendary ones FYI
