Really? 5 minutes for 8 rockets? Is this even serious? That's just pointless! Oh, and, if you use any type of synthesis, it blocks your other synthesis's, why isn't that discussed!? The synthesis cooldown should be 1 minute for each special and normal and 2 minutes for heavy, and without blocking the other ammo types. Anyone else agrees?
