Reason for everything. Reason to be motivated. Reason to look forward to the next day. Reason to keep going.

Well, there's a simple word. Hope. Some people lose it fast, others hold to it like nothing else. People hope for better days, and better futures. There might not be a reason set in stone for why we're here, or alive, or exist. But why not make the best of what we've got while we're here?

I'm going to go to bed now. My depression cycles and some extra rest helps when I'm feeling down. Maybe we will talk again tomorrow night.
