Okey guardians. Today I moved alot of gear from a character I was about to delete to the vault. Like any sane person would. Then I checked, and yes. It was no longer on the character. So I logged out, deleted the character and started new one. After that I checked my vault and tried to move around some items. But I could not see the Armor I ahd moved to my vault space.... So In the process somewhere. Bungies servers decieded to Screw me over and not store my Hard earned gear... 1 Max Intelect Deathsingers mantle. 1 Max Discipline deathsingers threads. a perfect 50/50 Deathsingers grip intelict and dispicpline and a Deathsingers gaze with max discipline and infusion.... Down the drain...... After Months off raiding, grinding and helping out other players, getting shitty drops. 30 Hard mode clears and nothing but crappy drops to show for it...... I have been patient with this game. But that I cannot contact bungie to ask for help in this matter is atrocious.... And it breaks me..... This game for the past 5 months has been the only good thing in my life. My family abandoned me. My girlfriend dropped my ass when I got cancer. And I have been in and out of hospitals non stop for 2-3 months now. With no sign of treatment working. So thank you bungie.. Really helpful. And trying to cantact you? Good luck..... There is not even a single email to customer support. No (how to ask for help) or anything. And this is what happens to people when the company doesnt give a shit. GG Destiny support and shit... You just ruined the only good thing in my life.... TL DR Get it. But if atleast this gets reposted or some shit like that. Maybe we can get a REAL customer support system in case this happens to anyone else. Now I will go back to start a new character... GRIND it and try to get some gear back before the reset.
