Disregarding whether or not the buff was necessary, Bungie has shown a fair propensity for gross egotism and they're not likely to ever admit fault by reversing this particular issue. It's here to stay.

Eh, I mean they nerfed the vex and then rebuffed it. Not to the level it was, but it's still pretty good. (Before the 1.1.1 patch I should probably add lol)

that's because they nerfed it 30% which made it unuseable in pve but still can kill easiliy in pvp
