Dear bungie, I wrote last week with no reply. This past week yet again due to the crota raid glitches on the boss crota I had to wait over a hour to run through the final part once. The sword glitches in and out. Also when you grab it sometimes you don't pick it up. Also when crota goes down sometimes he would just instant jump up and kill the sword bearer once he kneeled. This is very irritating because I work full time and wasting time on this game due to glitches in my busy schedule is very frustrating, and I'm speaking for many other players as well. I would appreciate a reply at least acknowledging my email. Every time I ask for help nobody gets back... Also this is the 18th time I've killed crota and still no Crux. I always do hard mode first with no normal runs. What the hell is the drop rate on this??? If it's 10-15 I should have got it twice already?? I would also love to know what the deal is with that. Please reply to glitch issues most important!
