Bungie? Can we please get a simple fix for the current bugs with this gun?
1.Scope is still off
2.Iron sights still show the bloody tears of any guardian using it
3. Ammo still bugged
4. Animation is still bugged
5. Special Exotic Perk does not work
6. Critical hit for the gun is not that of a sniper
7. Probably a couple other things I am not mentioning
Upvote for Justice!
Edit: That moment you get this gun as an exotic drop. #Crys
Edit2: Does it need buffed? Yes. Let us not use this terminology when discussing this gun though. It needs fixed before buffed. Perks in general need fixed on a lot of guns, this one probably being the most apparent.

bungie...please just upgrade the pullback of the bolt....a lot

It's still a fun gun in Crucible.

Fully ungraded one shot kills .. It's a beast

Edited by blackwolfrunnin: 3/8/2015 5:00:03 AMI'm convinced the No Land Beyond is a joke. But I wish it wasn't zoomed in so far. This being said, I know of a few people who are beasts with the No Land Beyond.

I like NLB, but refuse to use due to the excessive sway while moving. It gets worse ADS. The description, "Newsk" says, 'fast sniping, run and gun.' It's honestly anything but that description. More accurate description would be, 'Fast reflex, slow sniping, stand still and gun, quick scope precision shots at distance.' While I'd settle for smoother scope action, this weapon would be a beast if it were on par with 'Praedyth's Revenge'
No Land Beyond was built with a very specific play style in mind: Fast sniping, run and gun, quick scope precision shots at close range. It is primarily a PVP play style, and we wanted to give players who like this style a weapon that suits their skillset.
No, the devs already said that.

That's not a simple edit, it's deleting and creating a new gun hahahaha

Here is how you fix it. Ammo regen similar to ice breaker. Move it to sniper spot or allow it to be in either spot. Tweak the sights and everything. The end.

I personally love it but I would love it more if they had: third eye, final round with three rounds in clip or luck in the chamber. And also make it so the flared magwell increased the bolt reload speed.

No Land Beyond is just a horrible weapon. There's literally nothing they could do that would make it better except maybe give 2 shards on dismantle.

Edited by Master Rahool: 3/5/2015 2:30:46 AMI got it two -blam!-ing nightfalls in a row you don't uderstand my pain

No land beyond = yes exotic shard

Edited by The 7th fall: 3/5/2015 7:47:44 PMThere are so many threads that put out a lot of potential buff ideas, and Bungie didn't acknowledge any of them. As much as I want this beautiful early anti-tank rifle to get a buff and that awful grenade iron sight to go, Bungie will probably just ignore it and keep working on HoW DLC. Just like when they had the balls to say "There are no glitches in the Crota raid"...

I actually went out of my way to use this in crucible to at least unlock "the master" perk. Killed a player then immediately had another target and shot him in the chest to see the bonus dmg...it was a joke. It did about +16 dmg. Terrible, broken, useless gun

With armor that gives you more Sniper ammo, you get a whole three extra shots. Woo. What's really aggravating is that compared to the Queen's Wrath sniper, which has the same Impact rating, NLB deals less damage. Not equal, LESS. It ends up with half the ammunition and awful iron sights. Now, don't get me wrong--the other day, I got five headshots in a row with No Land For Old Men in Crucible, and nothing feels better than countering other snipers with the worst gun in the game. What NLB really needs, I think, is the same sort of buff in PvE that shotguns just got and proper iron sights. Now, I know you're not looking for cries to buff, but I think that's really the most glaring issue with it: it just doesn't do enough PvE headshot damage to warrant the Primary slot, mush less the Exotic slot. The other big issue I have is the absurdly large iron sights. They look like they belong on a grenade launcher, not a precision weapon. That rangefinder/range-compensator thing has got to go. Minus the weird bugs with the reload animation, I think it works as intended, but only in Crucible.

Edited by Homeless Taniks: 3/5/2015 2:11:02 AMIt needs a buff for sure but I see it more as a unique weapon rather than a highly used instrument of destruction. It's too slow and too small of clip to ever be used even if a buff was applied. It's a novelty gun to use on patrols and strikes not raiding. I think that's the case with a lot of these weapons. There's only 2 exotics that are NEEDED and that's IB and G'horn. The rest are for PvP or just for shits and giggles. Should it be better though? Yes of course.

lol fooking thing should have been a random green dropped in cosmodrome not an exotic worst gun in the game
