This is for bug reports. Not feedback or feature suggestions. ETAs on fixes or statuses on cards are not given out.
If you have something to share, please keep your post as detailed and coherent as possible, otherwise I may not be able to utilize the information you're trying to convey. Below are the cards that I am already aware of being broken.[b] I don't need to hear more about the cards listed under "known issues."

[u]Known Issues[/u] ヽ( ゜ヮ゜)ノ.・゜*。・+☆
-The [b]Chroma[/b] card does not unlock if you didn't get the free Sterling Treasure. This is being investigated.
-Kill ranks on class cards are not granting the proper points..
-Wins for special PvP events (Trials and Iron Banner) may not count towards their respective PvP gametype cards.
-The Doubles card isn't showing the ranked stats that people are seeing ingame.
[b]Notes:[/b]
-For[b] Doubles and Salvage[/b], as soon as you have an opportunity to play any of these playlists after the 2.0.0 patch, you should be able to earn the cards. The flags are not retroactively granted, but your stats from previous playtime in those playlists should still be there.
-Exotic weapon cards do not add points to your Grimoire score. This is on purpose.
-Siege Dancers seem to be tricky for people to get. This card unlocks at the end of the Dust Palace strike.
-Strike Introduction is not counting strikes entered from somewhere besides the planet map node.
-Raids Introduction are only counting VoG completions. [u]As of 1.1.1 the card will start counting Crota completions, but not retroactively.[/u] Completions after the 1.1.1 patch was applied will count.
-You can get a card from an exotic weapon without ever obtaining the weapon, such as through promotional cards.

Please help! Edit: I already checked destiny tracker and it sais i have everything complete as well...

Eyes of Crota Hand of Crota I've killed both of these and gone through this part of TDB several times, yet I don't have the Grimoire Cards for them. I suspect it's possible that because I didn't land the killing blow (maybe?) that I don't have the cards, which I've noticed is the case with Ogre, Hydra and VIP kills. NOTE: I'll be going back to these, this weekend, alone, to see if landing the killing blow resolves the issue. If so, I'll come back here and update my post. Thanks, in advance!

1 ReplyI need to get 2 more ghost unfortunately there glitched on Xbox one and don't show up for me, there both in the dark below dlc the one on the rock in the ogre room on the wakening, and one right before you kill that sleeping thrall on earth patrol. Bungie must be working on other projects because patches and dlc are taking far to long right now.

2 RepliesCrucible rank 2 for my hunter Crucible rank 1 for my warlock didn't count. That's the only thing I had going on for me in destiny. Ranking up in the crucible. Any fixes any time soon?

Is there any plan to correct anything? Can you give any background on what's causing any of the issues in the first place? I mean, why go to the trouble of posting this, if that's all this is? Just wondering how/why this post came about. Thanks in advance :3

2 RepliesOk I added up all my grimoire using the website and I came to a total of 2,695. The reason why is because the cards Mercury or Queens Emissary didn't unlock when I did Queens Wrath or played on Mercury. I know you know about Mercury, but Queens Wrath is bugged. Added Grimoire: 2,695 According to website: 2,705 Thank you for everything! :)

2 RepliesI've done VoG but my grimoire hasn't gone up above 1945. I still don't have the Templar, Atheon, Oracles, etc. Or any other card involving the Vex (Precursors and other Vex sects)

3 RepliesExotic bounty weapons arent increasing grimoire scores. Hydra kills in Archon Priest strike aren't contributing to the Hydra kills count (with exception to first hydra in the cave of Winter's Lair)

3 RepliesGrimoire score for enemies such as ogre and hydra are only added on when a red health bar or "tier 1" enemy is killed. So any yellow health or "tier 2" enemies don't count for your Grimoire score
