This is for bug reports. Not feedback or feature suggestions. ETAs on fixes or statuses on cards are not given out.
If you have something to share, please keep your post as detailed and coherent as possible, otherwise I may not be able to utilize the information you're trying to convey. Below are the cards that I am already aware of being broken.[b] I don't need to hear more about the cards listed under "known issues."

[u]Known Issues[/u] ヽ( ゜ヮ゜)ノ.・゜*。・+☆
-The [b]Chroma[/b] card does not unlock if you didn't get the free Sterling Treasure. This is being investigated.
-Kill ranks on class cards are not granting the proper points..
-Wins for special PvP events (Trials and Iron Banner) may not count towards their respective PvP gametype cards.
-The Doubles card isn't showing the ranked stats that people are seeing ingame.
[b]Notes:[/b]
-For[b] Doubles and Salvage[/b], as soon as you have an opportunity to play any of these playlists after the 2.0.0 patch, you should be able to earn the cards. The flags are not retroactively granted, but your stats from previous playtime in those playlists should still be there.
-Exotic weapon cards do not add points to your Grimoire score. This is on purpose.
-Siege Dancers seem to be tricky for people to get. This card unlocks at the end of the Dust Palace strike.
-Strike Introduction is not counting strikes entered from somewhere besides the planet map node.
-Raids Introduction are only counting VoG completions. [u]As of 1.1.1 the card will start counting Crota completions, but not retroactively.[/u] Completions after the 1.1.1 patch was applied will count.
-You can get a card from an exotic weapon without ever obtaining the weapon, such as through promotional cards.

Just a question about the Queens Emissary. Is it a guarantee that the event will come back? Seems pretty annoying to miss out on the grimoire when I'm so close to having it all.

(I've already maxed my crucible warlock grimoire and almost maxed Hunter and titan). It random says things like Crucible kills as warlock: 100 or Titans killed in crucible 1000 (just for example) even tho I am waaay past those. I'm not sure if maybe I'm seeing someone else's when I'm close to them which shouldn't be because I only need kills as Hunter 5000 and kills as titan 5000 myself. Hope this sheds some light. Good luck Edit: this is not me saying it is not granting me the proper points as I already have the grimoire and points for it. I read that in your op. It's different.. I'll try to post a clip of it if I can

This started three days ago and happens every time I boot Destiny from my Xbox 360 dashboard. Does not happen on my [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/1/4611686018448325676]test profile[/url]. But that might be because my test profile doesn't have any exotic cards unlocked. [b]IMPORTANT EDIT[/b]: Further testing with this bug showed me that this issue [u]always[/u] happens if I switch profiles [i]while[/i] in Destiny. Doesn't show up when I go to the dashboard beforehand. In addition, it always shows me different cards that I did allegedly unlocked, for example on the second try it showed me how far I am with Crucible Kills on all classes.

2 RepliesI need suros. Today I saved up all my strange coins so I can't get suros my destiny lagged me out of the tower after I bought it and I didn't have my suros and now I have no coins plz help thanks (PS3 gamer tag= getpW3nED and I'm level 28 if anybody wants to do strikes and stuff :)

1 ReplyAnother issue Ive had is this one card. One ghost ive picked up read: Ghost Fragment: The Buried City But this has not showed up for me. But when I check other players' grimoire they have all the cards for Mars and the one I listed above doesn't show for them. Instead the replacement grimoire card they have is- Ghost Fragment: Meridian Bay I have all the available to public dead ghosts so if you could make an effort to correct me on what I did wrong that would be amazing!

2 RepliesI have played the game since it came out and I have done every raid at least 20 times each, I've done around 300 vanguard roc and I have never gotten an exotic weapon/armour. I'm very disappointed at this point

4 RepliesAm I the only person who has noticed that when I'm in Crucible, the 'Kills as X in Crucible' and 'X Killed in Crucible' are backwards? Basically, If I'm playing as my Hunter and I kill a Warlock, every so often the progress tracker thing comes up on the bottom of the screen and will say "Kills as Warlock" instead of "Warlocks Killed in Crucible". And yes, I guarantee you I'm not accidentally on a different character. This has happened playing as both my Titan and Hunter (I don't use my Warlock in Crucible).

2 RepliesI can not seem to get my kill rank grimoire, I just did it with my hunter and it unlocked but did not give the score for it. Same thing seems to be happening with my warlock as well. Seems that if I do anything with my titan it is fine, but the minute I try to do crucible with my warlock or hunter there is always grimoire issues

Grimoire updates: I know that some cards are not updating when activities are completed (strike induction) but they seems to be updated when some updates are launched. Any idea if the 1.1.2 update will refresh our count totals on these cards?
