It is the robot in the taint force and it gives max increase to stamina basic attack and strike supers and max decrease in ki blast supers you can change the color but there are no gloves for it if the robot thirith didn't give it to you when you talked to him do a easy quest and the he will have a question mark over his head and give it to you.
