Wife, 2 sons (3 year old and an 8 month old). I get up about 7:30, and I drop my older kid off at daycare around 8:30am for breakfast, drop the wife at work, get home back around just after 9am. And in no particular order, play with the baby, feed him, make some coffee for myself, change him, put him down for a nap at 10:30-10:45 ish and I hop on to play until about noon before I get ready to head out to drop the baby off at my moms then I head to work. Get home about 10:30pm and spend time the wife until she goes to bed around midnight. But if she's is asleep and the baby is down, I play until about 2:30 am normally. I've gone up to 5:00 am a few times but I become incredibly bitchy and usually try to avoid this.
