I am glad bungie is raising the lvl cap because from the start there should have been more because with the way they have it now one lvl lower than the enemies you fight is hard 2 lvls lower is frustrating 3 lower is close to impossible and 4 is literally impossible. In honesty i'm still on the fence about the light levels because it all depends on how the RNG system rewards people which is completely random. What I think they should do more of to get to max lvl is maybe a similar way to exotic bounties where its more focused around skill and not luck i'm not saying raids are a bad idea but not everyone has friends to play with or wants to join a random group because I think every one who has tried raiding has had a run in with a few really bad random team experiences because if you want max lvl you HAVE to do the raid and be lucky. Although the way CE is set up better where armor and secondaries are what you get for normal mode and primaries/exotics from the hard raid which means it's more experience/skill oriented.

Totally man I agree with you on that

Thanks for agreeing and early level progression was awesome and fun but maybe more levels could bring more skill adjustments. I really wish that we had a base amount to put into the three base attributes armor, recovery and speed and we could customize it to our play style and the higher your level the more you gained to put into them. Another idea I've seen around is transmogs for armor and I totally agree we all look like clones we might as well call us clone troopers with so little armor customization like how hard is it to make CE gear look like VOG or Crucible or vanguard or even green or blue items if it's your style. I can understand trransmogs not being effective in crucible because you need to know what your up against but in PvE we NEED diversity and I for one hate my warlocks CE raid gear I look like a freaking vampire with a popped collar and I DO NOT like it and wish i could change it.

I hated the early level progression just because I had like no one to play with XD but yeah it was okay I suppose,

I see where you're coming from I tried doing the story missions alone but it is way to boring and tedious because it's really designed around a two to three man team set up to make the missions smoother and less frustrating with so many enemies.

Yeah, I know man soloing the missions suck balls
