Yep juggling a job, wife, kids, hobbies, mates and Xbox is a struggle. I normally get an hour at night once I've eaten and put kids to bed, bit of Xbox and then sometime with wife. Weekends I get up early with kids and get a bit of time then. I don't get to stay on late as I'm up for work at 6am
